Panel 1: 'Hello, journal! Today is day #3,589,128...'
[Boys don't usually call it a diary, but I'm not Yuzo. He can call it whatever he wants.]
Panel 2: 'Exactly the same as day #3,589,127...'
Panel 3: '...and day #3,589,126 before that.' Chinese toad, I hate all this!'
[Question: Does he actually say, "Chinese toad?" Everyone else seems to like it; I'm just curious.]

Yuzo seems very much the analytical sort. I look forward to getting to know him.
There's one thing I'd like to bring up though.
The line "Just the same day as day # 3 589 127," as you wrote it sounds like it's the exact same day, what I mean is, if day # 3 589 127 is a Tuesday, it sounds like you're saying day # 3 589 128 is the exact same Tuesday. I assume you meant it's a day in which the events are pretty much exactly the same as the previous day. In that case the sentence should be "Just the same as day # 3 589 127..."
It's not really a major error, but I just wanted to let you know about it. ^.^
